A volunteer of the foundation congratulates Angelina Cherny on her Birthday at the Ichilov Hospital

HISTORY

Chance for life is a non-profit organization (registration number 580617918) that helps seriously ill children and their families who are being treated in Israel at Ichilov, Shiba and Schneider hospitals. We do not limit ourselves to a specific disease, but often we are talking about Oncology.

It all started back in 2012. for more than three years, a group of volunteers helped families who were treated with children in Israel.

Since November 2015, this activity has been transformed into an official organization - the Chance for life Charitable Foundation, registered in accordance with Israeli law.

The Foundation's team consists of volunteers, photographers, animators, translators, doctors, psychologists, teachers, cooks, Housewives and just caring people. "Chance for life" cooperates with major Israeli, German, Russian and Ukrainian charitable organizations, with official representatives in Russia and Ukraine in Israel.

➜ What do we do?

  • we solve everyday issues (food, household supplies, transportation, etc.) of our wards and their families outside the hospital.
  • we help provide our children with expensive medications as part of the treatment course.
  • we provide constant support to children in hospitals-we visit them, arrange holidays and celebrate birthdays.
  • we organize leisure activities outside the hospital.
  • we collect funds to pay for treatment.

And if in General - we do everything to make our little heroes forget about their fighting everyday life for a while and again find themselves in the world of ordinary childhood-laughing, playing and experiencing new happy moments! After all, this is what gives hope and strength on the way to recovery.

We always welcome those who are ready to join us to help the brave little heroes and give them a Chance!
