Sergey Kondratsky

15 years, Ukraine, Ewing's sarcoma
The first symptoms of the disease appeared in 2019, when Sergey was only 14. In July, the child injured his knee, and after treatment and physical therapy, the pain not only did not decrease, but increased.
Doctors suggested a tendon sprain and an inflammatory process and prescribed painkillers and mandatory tight leg bandages to relieve the pain.
By mid-spring, the strongest available painkillers had stopped giving effect. Sergey almost stopped walking.

The results of new checks revealed a tumor.
Doctors decided to perform an urgent operation, during which the child was fitted with an implant plate. The resulting biopsy revealed Ewing's sarcoma (one of the most common types of tumors among adolescents).

The tumor reacted aggressively to the surgical intervention and began to grow actively. The treatment offered by the doctors did not help, the pain continued to increase.

Sergey’s mother decided to send the documents to foreign clinics.
Israel's Ichilov hospital (Suraski) has agreed to treat the child.
Almost immediately upon arrival, Seryozha suffered a fracture of the affected bone, and an new operation was performed.
