The girl on the picture is 12 years old, her name is Angelina. In February, her leg became very sore. At first, they thought that she had hurt herself somewhere. But the pain didn't go away. The doctors first said that it was dysplasia, then that it was the initial form of rheumatism.
Only after several visits to the doctors and examinations the correct diagnosis was made. The girl has Ewing's sarcoma.
In her native Ukraine, they couldn’t heal her.
Angelina's parents turned to foreign clinics in search of one that would give a positive prognosis for the treatment.
Now Angelina is in Israel, undergoing a complex treatment protocol at the Ichilov Hospital.
Angelina has already had 10 blocks of chemotherapy.
The next stage is surgery that will remove the tumor and replace the bone.
But the family no longer has the money to continue the treatment.
