CATS TREAT
Do you know how many cats there are in Israel? It's unclear how they were counted, but statistics say that our country has over 2 million furry residents!
We asked the children supported by our foundation – kids from various countries who are undergoing long-term cancer treatment in Tel Aviv hospitals – to draw what they associate with Israel. Among the drawings, there were many cats. So, we decided that this could become an excellent project, uniting both the children and those who want to help them. And of course, the cats too.
Israeli artists supported the kids and drew their own cats as well. The result was a varied Cat Company, each with its own appearance and personality.
All these furry beauties found a home on delicious gingerbread cookies, , handy tote bags, and other souvenirs, which you can purchase at our foundation's events and partner locations. This will help raise money for our programs: medicines for children, household needs for families, educational and support programs that help children forget about their illness for a while and experience normal childhood again.
We have heard that cats heal. Now we know how they do it!
