Diagnosis: Acute glomerulonephritis with nephrotic syndrome
Age: 5 years
Roma was born a healthy, long-awaited child. Until 2 years of age, Roma did not suffer from anything.
22.01.17 parents noticed swollen eyes, but pediatricians who came to see them said that this was pasty and should not be worried.
On Sunday, 29.01 (a week later), the swelling was so strong that the child simply could not open his eyes. Doctors gathered an urgent consultation of doctors and transferred to the 1st children's hospital, where they made a terrible diagnosis: acute glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, early relapse, progressive course, hormone-resistant variant with NFP (excretory nitrogen). Anemia 1-2 art. AG. Secondary immunodeficiency, hypogammaglobulinemia. Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (according to the NB).
But despite such a terrible diagnosis, our hero was able to win and return home in remission.
